Pitbull and Kesha’s ‘Timber’ Rules Hot 100 For A Second Week

Pitbull and Kesha's 'Timber' topped the Billboard Hot 100 for the second week.

‘Timber’ by Pitbull and Kesha is still the N0.1 ranked song on the Billboard 100. This is the song’s second week at the top of the chart after displacing Eminem and Rihanna’s ‘Monster’.
It also sold 227000 digital copies last week, placing it at number 2 on the digital songs chart.

We can find One Republic’s ‘Counting Stars’ at number two on the Hot 100 chart. The song remains below ‘Timber’ for the second week.
‘Stars’ sold 185000 (down 22%) digital downloads making it fall 3-4 on the digital songs chart.

‘The Monster’ by Eminem and Rihanna holds the third position on Hot 100 for the second week.
The former four-week ruler of Hot 100 continues to reign on top
of the Radio Songs Chart for a sixth week (147 million impressions). It sold 162000 digital copies last week.

Katy Perry’s new single ‘Dark Horse’ rises from the sixth spot to the fourth spot on the chart. The song topped the digital songs chart by selling 243000 copies.

Elsewhere on the chart, former nine-week ruler ‘Royals’ by Lorde falls from 4-7 on the Hot 100. The song sold 106,000 digital copies, bringing its total US sales to 4,704,000.
Lorde’s second US single ‘Team’ is now positioned at number 11 on the Hot 100 chart.

 It was the eighth most sold song last week. 125,000 digital copies were sold.
According to Billboard, the song is very likely to hit the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart next week.
